It may have been slightly colder this year but at least we didn’t have any rain as Battle continued Tuesday night with an always tough Tug-of-War and the challenging Team Ski event.
Tug found some past winners in the final as Synchrony Financial (formally GE Capital) and LexisNexis pulled till they couldn’t pull anymore. Synchrony out lasted Lexis for the win! The recreational bracket found MONCO Enterprises victorious over a tough Standard Register team! It was an intense and fun competition all the way around!
Team Ski was conquered by LJB Inc. with the fastest time of 1:37:08. Although Standard Register and Verso were hot on their tracks as they rounded out the top 3. Speaking of tight – the gap at the top has closed a bit as Reynolds & Reynolds (Power) still holds first but LexisNexis is creeping up and WilmerHale has jumped into 3rd!
Once again a big thanks to all of our volunteers to make a smooth Battle night and we will see you Thursday for Bowling. Remember tonight is for rest!
